These are dehydrated cold packs. Saves you inbound shipping cost. These ship to you dry. You hydrate them in fresh water and they soak it up. You cut them to the quantity you need for your package. You can even wrap them around the product if you like. These come in 2,3 & 8 ounces sizes. The sheets are composed of cells containing the same dry powder used to make conventional gel ice packs. One side of the sheet is a permeable synthetic fabric, allowing the dry powder to turn into a gel when immersed in water (5-15 minutes for full hydration).

Dry gel ice sheets can be refrozen and reused. The cells can be rehydrated if they begin to shrink. After many uses, the cells might not fully hydrate as the gel begins to crystalize.
